What is SAP Joule?
SAP Joule is SAP’s generative AI copilot, built into the SAP cloud portfolio and powered by large language models (LLMs). Rather than navigating menus and transactions, users ask Joule questions in plain language and get answers drawn directly from SAP data, process guidance and automated task completion in return.
Joule is embedded natively across SAP’s cloud applications, including SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP and SAP Integrated Business Planning. It works within the SAP Trust and Security framework, meaning all data access is governed by your existing SAP roles and authorisations.
